Internships
Many students participate in internships for organizations ranging from law firms to state legislatures. Philosophy majors are trained to think through difficult and complex issues, and internships provide a valuable opportunity to apply their learning in a professional setting.

Phi Sigma Tau
BSU’s chapter of the International Honor Society in Philosophy seeks to further scholarship and achievement in the study of philosophy, and provides a forum where interested students can exchange ideas with peers and faculty.
Undergraduate Philosophy Club
This student-run club meets weekly to discuss a wide range of topic. The club sponsors an Undergraduate Philosophy Conference and publishes the annual BSU Philosophy Journal.
